Alexandria, VA, USA, June 22, 2022 – The International Association for Dental Research (IADR) announced Debora Zamorano, University of Chile, Santiago as the 2022 recipient of the IADR David B. Scott Fellowship. Zamorano was recognized during the Opening Ceremonies of the virtual 100th General Session & Exhibition of the IADR, held in conjunction with the 5th Meeting of the Asia Pacific Region on June 20-25, 2022.
The David B. Scott Fellowship is normally awarded annually to one dental student in one IADR Division and will rotate alphabetically among the Divisions. It is the Division's responsibility to select the recipient by any method it devises, but the Division must present the candidate's name and the proposal for his or her research experience to the IADR Board for approval. The David B. Scott Fellowship is funded at US$2,500. The Fellowship is awarded this year in the IADR Chilean Division.
