Big data analytics rely on complex datasets that can help us understand and explore disease trends and associations, having the potential to improve health outcomes. This webinar aims to include case studies of big data applications from different global regions and discuss their opportunities and limitations. Through an open and interactive discussion, the panelists will provide examples of big data opportunities encountered globally that could help in achieving the Global Oral Health Action Plan. In addition, the limitations and potential solutions for big data utilization will be discussed.
This interactive webinar will be held on Zoom, and each panelist will do a 15-minute presentation, including a Q&A session at the end. We aim to establish research networks to tackle challenges related to big data utilization and to provide a platform for early-career researchers to engage with experts in the field. The session will feature experts from different regions, including America and Europe.
