Price: $15,000 USD
Directly influence the science at the General Session by hosting an Industry-sponsored Symposium to promote science and innovations at your company.

Sponsorship package includes the following:

• Video recording of your presentation with the slides.
• Meeting room rental.
• A/V equipment (screen, computer, LCD projector, laser pointer, 2 tabletop mics, 1 aisle mic, and podium mic) note: any other equipment not listed may be rented at the organizer’s expense.
• A/V technician available during the session.
• Program promotion on IADR website (with optional link to company website).
• The title of an ISS will be listed in the Schedule of Events, signage and the speaker listing can be included on the website.

The Annual Session Committee will review each proposal. Industry-sponsored symposium notifications/confirmation letters will be sent in March 2025. IADR will work with the organizer to select the date and time of the program as well as the room size based on its evaluation of the symposium content and potential level of interest.

The Global Research Update is a monthly e-newsletter published by the IADR and distributed to IADR members worldwide. Advertising is available in each issue on a first-come, first-served basis. All advertisements must be submitted by the second Thursday each month. Electronic files at 600 x 100 pixel are accepted in a gif or jpg format. No animation or flash.
