2025 IADR/PER General Session & Exhibition Room Request Form

 

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: February 3, 2025

Complimentary meeting space is provided to IADR Committees, Scientific Groups/Networks, and Institutional and Corporate Section Members of the IADR.

Non-members will be charged a nominal meeting room rental fee for meeting space.

VIRTUAL MEETINGS (June 16-20)
Information provided below is a request until confirmed by IADR meetings staff. 

IADR will provide a Zoom link for meetings requested the week BEFORE the General Session in Barcelona, Spain. An IADR staff liaison will be assigned to launch the Zoom meeting.

IN PERSON MEETINGS (June 23-28)
No virtual options will be available the week of the meeting. Meetings will be held in person in Barcelona, Spain.

Virtual Meeting Details

The following details are required to provide a Zoom meeting room as part of the AADOCR Annual Meeting platform for your virtual meeting. This is based on your selecting dates outside the in-person meeting week.

Catering Requirements
(Note: You will be required to prepay for all catering in advance. Catering in the Barcelona International Convention Center (CCIB) is exclusive; no outside food and beverages are permitted in the meeting rooms. 

Banquet and bar menus from the convention center will be provided to you for budgeting purposes).
Audiovisual Requirements
Organizers are required to indicate AV needs at time of form submission to allow for equipment to be ordered from the Javits Convention Center. Requests made after form submission may not be accommodated.

NOTE: Additional costs may apply for non-standard a/v equipment and audio/video recording of events)

The meeting request form will close on February 3, 2025. Please note that any request for meeting space submitted after this date is not guaranteed.

Additionally, meetings requested after the February 3, 2025 deadline may not appear in printed signage.

Ensure your request is submitted by February 3 to avoid exclusion from all attendee materials.
