IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING USE OF THE ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FEE:
A 16 digit confirmation code was assigned to each abstract when the abstract submission fee was collected. The code is not assigned to the presenter but to the abstract; so a co-author for example can use the code. The code must be provided at the time of registration to receive the $50 discount and can only be used once. Presenters/co-authors should be in agreement prior to registering as to who uses the code.
